You can book through our website just find the tab above for what service your looking for, click request, pick which stylist and what service you'd like to book. Choose service, stylist, day and time and book your appt. It does have to be approved so we will get a notification and someone will contact you about our appt.
At Jessie P. Salon and Spa, we do not offer refunds. Exceptions may be made under extreme circumstances, and any request must be approved by the owner. We always strive to ensure you’re happy with your service and encourage open communication if any concerns arise.
Your appt has to be approved by the salon team to make sure you are booked for the correct service and to make sure you and we have all the info we need before starting a service. There are some services that we do not do.
We do offer a Redo if warranted. Management must be contacted ASAP and it must be done within 6 day from your appt.
We do allow you to cancel or reschedule your appt but this must be done within 24 hours of your appt. If it is canceled or rescheduled too late you will be charged 25% of the service. We understand things happen but if it is just because of negligence then we cannot allow that.
NO SHOWS will be charged 50% of the service amount.

We offer Hair, Japanese Headspa and Facial services. Our Hair services include Balayage, Highlights, Grey Coverage or Blending, and Precision cuts. Our Japanese Headspa helps to detox the scalp and hair and helps to promote hair growth. Our Facial services Include Enzyme, Brightening and lifting Facials.
Jessie P. Salon and Spa welcomes children only if they are receiving a service. For safety and comfort, we do not allow pets in the salon. This helps us maintain a relaxing and professional environment for all clients.
